Pricing
Estimates:
We will provide a written estimate of charges for approval prior to work being performed. All Estimates are valid for 60 days from date of creation. Estimates may be revised beyond 60 days due to fluctuations in material and or labor costs. Most estimates will include additional information regarding hardware and glass options and may include a rendered shop drawing of the proposed layout.
All estimates are final pricing including installation. The bottom line is what you pay.
Invoicing and Payments
Invoices:
Invoices are due in full upon completion of work.
Payments and Deposits:
A 10/40/40/10 Deposit* may be required to begin the process as follows:
10% upon acceptance of order
40% upon Material Order (typically the same time as order acceptance)
40% at the time of material delivery to installation site
10% at the time of completion (typically Delivery and install is the same day)
Payments can be made with Cash but a check is preferred method of payment. We also accept Zelle payments through our bank. Please ask for identifying information if you wish to pay using Zelle.
* Special Custom applications may require a modified deposit due to the custom nature of the products being acquired. An increased percentage or payment in full may be needed to order some products. We will inform you if a specific deposit is required for Custom Orders.
Warranty and Exclusions
HARDWARE WARRANTY:
Hardware warranty is provided by the manufacturer. In the event of failure please contact us for information regarding the manufacturer providing the product and how to contact them.
LABOR/INSTALLATION WARRANTY:
All installations are warranted against defects for the period of 1 year from date of install. Labor and materials (Excluding Hardware and Glass) required to correct any defect within the 1 year period will be performed at no cost to the buyer. Repairs after 1 year will be handled on a case by case basis.
GLASS WARRANTY:
Glass is warranted against visible defects in the glass and fitment only and any defects need to be reported within 15 days of installation. Glass breakage due to misuse or "spontaneous breakage" is not warranted for any length of time.
Spontaneous breakage is a phenomenon that occurs from a defect in the glass on a molecular level during tempering that is unable to be detected and breakage is possible at any time, or not at all. Due to the nature of the cause of spontaneous breakage we are unable to warrant the glass for breakage at any time after installation is completed.
